the ones that sais "rearrange by Cm_Blast" are really old campaigns done by multiple authors (I update them so they work and fixed small problems that affected negatively the mission). It's really hard to say the "best" since it's subjetive plus 1/4 of those are mine, so I am not going to be too impartial, but I can do a small definition on how the they are in the overall experience.
